We are designing Filemaker databases for MIT and publishing them to the Web.
The MIT Center for Work, Family and Personal Life runs seminars for employees of MIT. We are creating a database to help them organize these seminars. The center can use this database to post information about seminars to the web, view information about who has signed up, and automatically send emails to attendees. Employees can use the web to sign up for seminars.
The Rewards and Recognition Program needed an online form to collect award nominations. FlamingVan published their rewards database to the web and coded perl that made it possible for users to be recognized by certificate and to look up nominees in the MIT directory.
Other projects we've handled for MIT:
- Revisions and edits to theHuman Resources site
- Launching of a new Affirmative Action section
- Launching of a Rewards and Recognition section
- publishing a set of online position management forms
- The launching a new Technology Children's Center site, which included an online application.
